IMPORTANT NOTICE ...
On 31 March 2010 the Reciprocal Health Agreement which is a long-standing arrangement between the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom will come to an end. Therefore anyone wishes to travel to the Isle of Man must do so with travel insurance. As it stood the agreement allowed people to receive free emergency health treatment when moving between the two jurisdictions.
If you require insurance please do not hesitate to ask at the time of booking.
About us - Who are we?
Regency Travel is a young dynamic company based in Douglas, Isle of Man.
We have a passion for customer service with a personal touch, Nothing is ever too much.
Regency Travel opened its doors to the public of the Isle of Man in September 2008 and during this short time has since built up an experienced, customer service driven team. Collectively we have more than 100 years of experience and now have the most experienced travel team on the Isle of Man. We are full members of ABTA and hold licence L4159. In January 2009 we applied for an ATOL licence in which is currently going through the application stage.
Regency Travel was set up as an outgoing agency but set up not to be just another Travel Agent. Departments include a Retail, Business and First Class Travel all located in our offices in the heart of Douglas. We are a proud to be a full Manx company.
Our First Class Team regularly charter aircraft on a monthly basis for single travelers & groups, our Business travel team control the travel needs of some large accounts from across the UK Ireland and the Isle of Man.
As part of the original set up we always wanted to be different in encouraging tourism to the Isle of Man. Our Isle of Man product is currently promoted from our website www.isleofmanbreaks.com which is controlled by our web development team within our office in Douglas. We are also in the process of developing an online booking facility.
In March 2009 we took the initiative to take a stand at Best of Britain and Ireland Exhibition at London’s Excel Exhibition centre where the island was not going to be represented. This event turned out to be a huge success for our company and the Isle Man. On the back of this we are already planning more exhibitions for early 2010.
During this short time of offering breaks to the Isle of Man we have created special relationships with all in the Tourism Sector. We are proud to be offering an Isle of Man product and initiative plans are being put into place to promote the island across Europe & Beyond over the next couple of years.

In March 2009 in partnership with the Isle of Man Tourism & Leisure department held a stand at the Best of Britain and Ireland Exhibition at London’s Excel Exhibition Centre.
April 2009 - Appointed Travel Agency for the Isle of Man Bay Festival 2010

August 2009 – First ever direct flight announced to Bruges, Belgium. Covered by ATOL 2867.
September 2009 - Appointed Travel Agency for the Commonwealth Youth Games 2011
