Camping at the Manx Grand Prix is becoming more popular with new sites appering year on year.

At iommgpbreaks.com we want to keep things as easy as possible we have two options available for camping. You have an option to bring all your own tents and equipment or just bring yourself and have a tent with equipment all ready for you when you arrive.

Camping sites are plotted around the island and some along the MGP course. Please find details below on all the campsites note that the tents that are already erracted ready for your arrival are only available at , Glenlough and St Johns.

St Johns United AFC Campsite

Number of Pitches: 100, Pre-Built Tents (click for more details) or just the Pitch for your own tent
Located in ST JOHNS

Football Club that specialises in TT and MGP accommodation. 1km from Ballacraine, 1 pub, cafe, post office, shop within 400 metres. Facilities within the Clubhouse are bar and satellite TV - breakfast and evening meals during TT period. The campsite has 12 facilities for motorised units which include electric hook up points.

St. John's FC Campsite - St. John's - just off the TT Course, about 20 min outside Douglas. A smaller Campsite - very well run and operated by the St. John's Football Club. Great facilities, (showers and toilets). Meals available during TT. Club House Facilities - a quieter site and location, and extremely popular during TT - but open all season as well.

Glenlough Campsite

Located in UNION MILLS

A family run campsite situated on the TT course only 3 miles from Douglas on the A1 road. Spacious flat site with sheltered paddocks. Regular bus service stops at campsite entrance. Secluded wooded glen adjoining the campsite, which leads to the Manx Heritage Trail which is a delightful east walk through splendid countryside from the Quarterbridge in Douglas through to Peel. Union Mills village, a ten minute walk from the campsite offers a convenience shop/post office, pub and petrol station. Take Away food is available during TT Festival. Electric hook-up points are also available.

Glenlough Farm Campsite - Union Mills - 3 miles outside of Douglas, on the TT Course - Another very popular Campsite for TT Visitors - open all season, with good facilities, (showers and toilets), and on on-site Cafe during TT - breakfasts, and meals and snacks and drinks available to purchase. Great views to the surrounding countryside from the Campsite, and well run by a local family.

Cronk Aashen Campsite

Number of Pitches: 25, Just the Pitch for your own tent
Located in KIRK MICHAEL

Small, quiet, friendly site on a working farm, with sea and hill views. Proprietors on site. H/C showers and kitchen. Summerhouse and electric points.

Laxey Campsite

Number of Pitches: 20, Just the Pitch for your own tent
Located in Laxey

Small friendly site located 1/2 mile from the beach, convenient for electric tram and buses. Facilities include free of charge toilets, washbasins, hot showers, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and stand pipes. Electric hook up points are available. Safe site for children and within walking distance of launderette, shops, restaurant, public houses and other village amenities.

Glen Dhoo Campsite

Number of Pitches: 40, Just the Pitch for your own tent
Located in ONCHAN

Facilities include, hot & cold showers, razor points, hair dryers, telephone, washing machine/dryer, sinks for washing dishes. electric hook up points and hardstanding, chemical toilet disposal. Proprietors are resident.
